CUIMC Housing Portal

Welcome to the Columbia University Irving Medical Center housing portal.

We are excited that you have decided to live on campus with us. On this portal, you will apply for housing, accept your housing offer, select your room, view your rent transactions, register visitors/guests, view/register for programs/events, and view your current assignment/suitemate information.

To login to the housing portal, click on "Login", located in the center banner at the top of the webpage.

Current CUIMC Student:

• Log-in with your UNI and password. If your UNI does not allow you to enter the portal, follow the directions under "New Students" below.

Newly Admitted CUIMC Students, Short-Stay, 50 Haven Athletic Center Members, Long Term Tenant, and Post Doc:

• New visitors for the first time will need to create a Standalone Account to access the CUIMC housing portal.
• Newly admitted students will be able to use these standalone credentials until their UNI is added to our housing system.
• If you have an active UNI with Columbia University, you may send a request to the Office of Housing Services or Athletic Center to pair your UNI with our portal for single sign-on access.
